WORKING AT CDS
The hierarchy of consulting positions at CDS consists of six main levels:
- Business Analysts
Hierarchal positions at CDS are determined based on consultants' profile, academic background, experience, and professional performance.
Through their involvement in client work from day one, CDS consultants obtain direct, on-the-job exposure in addition to receiving periodic training at CDS.
CDS Consultants are continuously expected to upgrade their skills, increase their output, and take on added responsibilities, as they grow into more senior positions.
The mix of duties and responsibilities varies by seniority level: as consultants develop, they become more involved in the management of other consultants, in the management of projects, and eventually in the management of CDS.
